He had been out of it for a while. Something happened during his fight with a specific EM Warrior. . .he couldn't remember what, however. He remembered everything else about himself. He remembered his name, his origin, the life he led before that fight. But then. . .all he remembered was it was over an OOPArt. He had been in the hospital for a good few months. Now that he was out, he wanted to go have a little bit of fun. He didn't have many friends to go with, so he decided to go to Spica Mall. Stepping off the EM Train Way, he looked around at the large construct. So many stores, so little time and Zenny. As if on cue, his first Wizard - Shadow - appeared from the Hunter, standing beside Blade. "You know, Shadow? Sometimes I wonder why I was destined to find you guys out in that forest," he said, not really talking about anything relevant. He had done this a lot lately, sense his recovery at the Hospital. Shadow had gotten used to it, and didn't mind answering his random questions. "No need to wonder on trivial things such as destiny, Blade. It is your birthright, as a Murian, to Wave Change. Nothing more, nothing less." Ouch. How's that for blunt? Of course, Blade wasn't expecting much from the Wizard. He never did like talking. But, Blade did know one thing about himself. If he knew or remembered nothing else, he knew this: His Murian blood was his greatest enemy. He never could tell when it would show itself; in the middle of combat, when talking to someone, while having a kid running straight for you. . . Wait, what? His brain recognized it happening right before it realized that Blade needed to move out of the way. Think of it like this: Whenever someone stumps their toe, you have a good two seconds right before your brain realizes that you're supposed to be in pain, and in that two seconds, you have time to think Oh no. . .. Well, he had about no seconds before that kid ran smack into him, but he definitely thought it. As if to add insult to injury, however, the kid knocked him over, stood back up and then continued to run. What could have put him in such a hurry, anyways? Now on the floor, Blade struggled to stand up, wanting to give his two cents worth to the boy still running towards the train. He didn't, though. A more pressing matter had alerted of it's existence. "What's going on?" he asked, looking around. Shadow answered him. "Try your visualizers, Blade." Of course. Shadow could see things he couldn't. He noticed other people running off, clearly afraid of. . .something. Deciding to take a closer look, he flicked on his Visualizers. Have you ever seen a tidal wave? It's a large, arcing, torrent of water heading directly towards you. You know for a fact that once it hits you, it will either carry you into it's arc, or crash down and bury you in it's wake. Neither are very promising for those inexperienced with them. Well, he saw something very similar to this, only in EM Wave Form. The security system was going haywire. It was blasting EM Waves from it's Cyber Core all over the mall, which he guessed was causing some displeasure for the guests. Guessing he'd help out, he jumped up towards the EM Road he saw and Wave Changed before touching down. Mid-Air, the human boy disappeared in a cloud of black energy and became Black Blade. Why do you always like such grand entrances to Wave Roads? People can't see you, Shadow asked with their new link. Because it's fun and I like doing flips. Now, let's get into that Cyber Core. Sora had been quiet for most of the day. While running across the Wave Road, after pulsing into the Cyber Core, he actually spoke up. Kind of. SQUAK! Blade understood this thanks to his link with Shadow. He stopped mid stride into the Cyber Core, practically frozen within the EM Wave network. "You broke my model sword? You decide to tell me, as I'm rushing through a Cyber Core, that you broke my blasted model sword?" He was going to add an extra heap of beat down on those Virii just because he wanted his model sword to be fixed. Filthy casuals, messing up his first day back at the mall. Anyways, back to the important thing. Killing whatever was in here messing up the Mall. Crashing through the Security System Fire Wall, he pulsed into the Cyber Core to check out what was going on. Looking around, he noticed a couple of Metannas and Base Cannon Virii harassing a lot of the Wizards in charge of keeping the place under control. He equipped his Sword and Long Sword cards to both hands, and went to work. Landing on the ground after going through the third set of Virii, he wasn't sure if he could take one more battle. Looking around, he was relieved to see that no more virii were present. Thank Mu. . .he had to cycle through his Folder almost twice. Before he shut down his battle systems, he pumped in a Health +50 and looked around the Security System. Here he was. . .in the core of the mall's defenses. He was in a solitude. No one knew he was in here; at least, not yet. He had crashed through the same hole in the Fire Wall that the Virus' he fought had created. Someone would probably come and fix that once they realize the system is back in order, but for now, he was okay. He looked around, his eyes finally landing on the Wizard that was head of the Security Waves. Maybe he could get something out of this, after all. . . Blade. What are you thinking?Shadow asked telepathically, reading his thoughts. Was Blade. . .giving into his Murian blood? Blade ignored his Wizard, going across the Wave roads in bounds rather than strides, jumping to his target. Once landing, he stared the smaller program down. "Sir. I was just helping out over the Cyber Core, as you noticed, but there were a few Virii I didn't have time to stop. I'm afraid your Event Stage is being attacked from the inside," he said, giving the wizard false information. "Oh my! Thank you, kind sir! I will get on that straight away, this I will make sure of! Thank you, thank you, I'll get on that right away!" he exclaimed, disappearing in a flash of pixels. How stupid was he? Not only did the Wizard actually believe a small Virus had the strength of breaking through to the Event Stage fire wall, but he was also redundant and just plain annoying to listen to. Such a high pitched voice. . . Anyways. Now, the Spica Mall's security waves were without authority. He pulsed in. . .and grabbed as much Zenny from the wares as he dared, leaving behind a few Metanna Virii of his own, as he pulsed from the system. It was only right. He helped the place. . .they shouldn't mind giving him something in return. Right? Edited by Gaia, Aug 31 2014, 09:16 PM.
