Human: Name: Velcir Van Dyke Age: 16 Gender: Male Description: Velcir Van Dyke has stormy gray eyes, short chopped black hair and a slightly boxed face, however handsome. His body is small and kind of under whelming, as he is only 5 foot tall small and quite thin.
Velcir is a Caucasian male, and looks like every other normal - nerdy - male, with the same criteria. Wire-trimmed glasses, brown undershirt, leather jacket. . .wait, what? Yeah. He wears a black, leather jacket with nice, dark blue jeans and a pair of running shoes. A fancy, rich, smart jock? Well, looks can be deceiving. He doesn't have much strength to his bones, and is quite small.
Personality: Velcir is quite self-dependent, barely relying on others when unnecessary. Due to extreme bullying submitted to him as a young boy, he has become socially awkward and equally demented. He has little care for the outside world, seeing that one bad apple spoils the bunch. He had this theory about himself once, too, but soon realized something. He was there to cleanse the world. The world was a dark place, and it was his to mold and command. Despite his small figure, a small sliver of power and enough persuasion sent him over. He isn't insane, or mentally unsound; quite the opposite, actually. He is responsible, lovable, humorous, caring, respectful and humble.
Just. . .misled. Biography: He was a misled child, although he was a mental prodigy. Growing up in a bullied life without parents, he only had his mind to rely on. He has shut out the majority of his memories from both school and his old home life, in order to further his studies. From his marveled, troubled mind, he came up with one solution: Cleanse the world in static. As said, the majority of his memory is in stasis. At the very back of his mind, it's all in wait. After his foster parents kicked him out on the streets, he became self-dependent, and with this life, soon met Deltrox. This unlikely pair proved to be a very powerful force. EM Being: Name: Deltrox Gender: Male Description: Deltrox is little more than a floating, electrical coil. The lower half of his body is nothing but an EM Spike surrounded by small, golden discs. His arms are similar, barely plated while the EM Waves appear to simply be held in place by the golden discs. His face is a jumble of electricity and energy, with knowing and devious eyes plated within it. His upper body - or rather his chest plate - is slightly armored, coated in a yellowish gold core. Personality: Deltrox can best be described as cold and conniving. Although he obviously isn't the type of guy to go around sacking villages and destroying worlds, he is the type of Wizard to work his way into the mind of others and get them to see things his way. Highly persuasive and actually very smart, Deltrox can easily sense the motive behind others actions. He is smart, straight-headed, cunning and deceptive. A dangerous combination. Biography: Deltrox comes from the Planet of FM, but from a different Time Zone than we're all used to. No, he isn't from the past or future; he is simply a very primitive version of the FM-Ians we know today.
In his early years on Planet FM, he was a weapons specialist. His power was rare, and un-found among the few FM-Ians currently around. Many saw his methods cruel; he saw them as necessary. Whenever the FM-Ians suddenly turned into a darker race, he was prepared to evolve.
Although, he couldn't. He would go to other planets, in which they hoped to conquer, and forcefully merge with their inhabitants. Of course, this would sometimes lead to unwanted situations, but it was for the best. In order to ensure his power, it must be channeled through a physical body. And thus his sudden interest in Planet Earth. 100 years from his birth, Deltrox is still a strong and able-bodied EM Being, proving that EM Beings life spans are much longer than that of a human's. However, he hasn't been active all these years. He's been in hiding, waiting for the perfect moment to strike at Earth.
And that moment came 3 Months ago, when he met someone he thought he would just be there to manipulate. However, his bond with Van Dyke became all the stronger, and the two actually became allies. Allies with a plan to cleanse the world.

Name: Deltra Van Crux (Deltra) Element: Electric Sub Element: Sniping Gender: Male Description: Deltra Van Crux actually takes up a lot of space. He is 2 Meters (6 Feet) tall, from his point to the tip of his head, and 3 meters across, from middle finger to middle finger. His point. The entire lower half of his body is nothing but a 1 Meter long, gradually thinning spike that is where his legs should be. The spine is a metallic silver in color, polished and quite powerful. However, rounding up the spine are a series of golden circle, like concentrated electricity. The upper half of his body is connected from his spine to his chest plate. Between his spine and his chest plate is nothing more than a large, electric field that is self-sufficient and connects the two pieces together. The electric field manifests itself as a series of arcs of lightning, traveling from the rounded end of the spine up to his breast plate. His breast plate is a large, heavily plated yellow armor with gold and red outlines. The plate is actually rectangular shaped, having been wide at the top and thinner as it goes down, forming an actual point just before breaking off to the cloud of lightning. The armor is an obvious pale red while not active, but once fighting begins, the pale red comes alive with bolts of energy, turning the pale red into a deep yellow. A break within the armor shows the creature's core, which is little more than a swirling mass of electricity with golden rings surrounding it on all sides, constantly spinning and interlooping. However, this break in the armor is normally covered with a black coating. Much like his spine, his arms are connected to his breast plate via electric current. His arms are actually transformed into one meter long bands of energy, encased and corraled by golden rings. A total of three rings run down the length of his arm, his arms otherwise appearing to be broad bands of electrical energy. That is, except his hands. His hands are made of the same material as his chest plate; a durable, strengthened and reinforced black metal that takes the form of a rectangular holding cell, and adorned with slotted, pointed appendages that act as fingers. His face. His face is the only thing directly connected to his armor, and is honestly the only sign of human within this creature. It is a humanoid facial structure - Velcir's - constructed from solidified electricity and contained by this ever strange, golden material. Strengths:- Immense Strength: The EM Being's Size isn't just for show. That power and electricity crackling through him acts as a large reservoire of brute power. - Large Size: His large size is both good and bad. The Large Size makes him increasingly difficult to deal with, as he takes up a lot of space and allows for little room of movement - or mistake. - Mental Stability: His constant exposure to harsh scenes and bullying has hardened his mind, making his mind an iron wall with which you must shatter to stop. - Logical Reasoning: His mind is well trained and dangerous, allowing him to understand and quickly counter battle styles. Weaknesses:- Speed Loss: Do you know how hard it is to be fast while you can't move? It's actually impossible. His only ability to dodge comes from his ability to pivot his upper body around, which is quite hindering. - Large Size: His large size may make it harder to battle him in terms of space, but it also makes him an extremely large target. - Stubborn: His mind is stubborn and foolish. Although he is mentally sound, he is so much so that he is not open to new ideas. . .inclduing defeat. This causes him to recklessly fight, when he should stand back and heal. - Battle Sickness: He may be a trained War Machine, but his dreams have come back to haunt him. Being in battle for too long causes memories from both of their pasts to cloud their judgment and capability. - Weapon 1

Weapon Name: My Body is My Weapon Weapon Description: Due to the simple mass of his body, he can use it as a Weapon. However, his body is more of a constant effect on his battle style than an actual weapon.
1. Attack Name: Rooted Type: Passive Ability Element: Electricity Description: Whenever in battle, Deltra is incapable of normal movement due to lack of legs. His body is actually rooted into the ground, his lower spike embedding him into the area around him. As such, his movement is impaired to a literal inability to walk or otherwise travel. However, his Custom is reduced by two turns. Damage: N/A; Roots Deltra into the ground, hindering any kind of movement. In return, Custom is reduced by two turns.
2. Attack Name: Uproot Type: CQC Element: Sniping Description: Using his immense strength, Deltra uproots himself from the ground and slings himself forward, literally using his body as a weapon. The area he was in becomes a cracked panel, and then he slams his large body into the ground 1 Meter ahead of his current location. This is his only means of transportation, dealing Modest Damage. Damage: 3 Turn Cool Down. Modest Damage, he flings himself 1 Meter forward, turning the area he was in beforehand into a Cracked Panel.
3. Attack Name: Spin Cycle Type: Whip Element: Electric, Sniping Description: Although his lower body is embedded in the ground at most all times, he can easily move his upper body around without hindrance, thanks to the simple electrical energy connecting the two parts of his body together. Lengthening an arm of his choice to 3 Meters, he uses the arm as a whip, slamming the Whip towards target at large speeds - potentially back handing them. Damage: Usable Twice a turn, Moderate Damage. 3 Meter whip in the form of his arm staggers towards the foe.

Weapon Name: Electrical Chamber Weapon Description: The slender, quickly traveling electrical current between his spine and chest area is called an Electrical Chamber, and he can use many things with this as a means of both protection and combat.
1. Attack Name: Plasmic Spawn Type: Immobile Summon Element: Electricity Description: The Electrical Chamber beings churning electricity at high speeds, molding to the form of an electrically charged, humanoid being that stands 5 feet tall, and is equipped with a 1 Meter Long, two-handed Spear with an electric spear head. Upon being summoned, it moves about a meter from Deltra before being rooted to the ground; however, it can shift it's position in an army style for better aim. Enemies within range of it's weapons are immediately lashed out against, in the form of the Spawn gripping the spear and making a simple jab. Deals Moderate Damage. High Health. Damage: 1 Action Charge. Equipped with a 1 Meter long, two-handed Spear. Deals Moderate Damage, using a simple jab technique with it's Spear to lash out at possible targets, and can shift position for better aim. High Health. 13 Turn CD.
2. Attack Name: Electrical Vice Type: Normal Gun Element: Electricity Description: Deltra charges a beam of energy within his hands for one action, then blasts the beam forward, manifesting in a column of lightning that has near instantaneous results. This beam deals Modest Damage. As a secondary option, he can charge the attack with both hands instead of just one, dealing High Damage but requiring an extra 3 Turn Cool Down on the entire attack. Either size of the Weapon is 0.5 Meters in diameter. Damage: Option 1: A Column of Electricity barrels towards a foe at extreme speeds, dealing Modest Damage. 1 Action Charge, 0 Turn CD. Option 2: A Column of Electricity barrels towards a foe at extreme speeds, dealing High Damage. 1 Action Charge, both hands, 3 Turn CD.
3. Attack Name: Static Shock Type: Explosion Element: Electricity Description: Deltra pulls both of his hands inward, then flashes them back out with a wide arc. The hands themselves aren't what do the damage, however; it's the sudden 1 Meter explosion that flows from the center of his body outward, manifesting in a large wave of electricity spiraling from his body. The explosion picks up whoever and whatever that gets caught up in it, pushing enemies away with a 1 Meter wind, but deals Modest Damage upon initial impact. Damage: 1 Meter Explosion from Deltra's Body, deals Modest damage and inflicts Wind that barrels victims backwards 1 Meter. 3 turn CD on Wind Effect, 3 Turn CD on Attack.

Weapon Name: Electrical Functions Weapon Description:Although his Electric Body acts as a Weapon, it also acts as a mechanism to keep him running and alive.
1. Attack Name: Recharge Type: Recovery Element: Electricity Description: Deltra places his hands together in front of his chest, much like he does when preparing for Electrical Vice. The same show begins as with that, as well; the Electrical Energy pulsing through his body suddenly goes into overdrive, moving and charging into that one, central location on his chest plate. However, instead of him releasing this energy into a beam, he simply stays there with that energy and lets it rest in his body, healing him by a High Amount of Damage. Damage: 1 Action Charge, both Hands; High Damage Recovery. 7 Turn Cool Down.
2. Attack Name: Frequency Shift Type: Trigger Ability Element: Electricity Description: Deltra is basically a large battery. As such, he is constantly taking in energy; no matter the source. Whenever Deltra takes damage from an Electric Attack, he loses 2 Turns of Cool Down on 1 Attack in Cool Down. Damage: 6 Turn Cool Down; 2 Turns of Cool Down lost on 1 Attack.
3. Attack Name: Frequency Barrier Type: Shield Element: Electricity Description: Deltra is a big guy. Let's face it. However, he comes outfitted with his own defense mechanism: the Frequncy Barrier. Despite it's name, however, it is a Shield, rather than a Barrier. He can frequently flash his hand forward, generating a barrier that flows forward from his hand, shielding the forefront of his body. Moderate Health Damage: N/A; Moderate Health, 5 Turn Cool Down.

Weapon Name: Slotted Gauntlets Weapon Description: His metallic hands that are held to his body via electrical current can barely be called gauntlets, but the most unique feature on them are the three slotted coils going down each of the pointed fingers, with which he can flow electricity harmlessly through the area.
1. Attack Name: Punish Type: CQC Element: Electricity Description: Deltra wields his hands together, bringing them high overhead before slamming them down into the ground, attempting to smash at his foe. Breaks. Deals Modest Damage. Damage: Modest Damage. Breaks. Requires two hands.
2. Attack Name: Crux Wave Type: Normal Gun Element: Sniping Description: A small wave of electricity leaps through the slotted coils on one of his hands, going around the joint before leaping off towards the Target. Upon contact, the small wave deals very little damage but instantly Paralyzes the victim. Damage: Pathetic Damage; Paralyze. Paralyze has a 7 Turn CD.
3. Attack Name: Delta Crux Type: Normal Gun Element: Electricity Description: Deltra holds both hands towards the core of his body, performing a 2 Action Charge manifested by gathering a large amount of energy between his palms. Then, he suddenly releases a large beam of energy that deals High Damage on Impact, and covers a 3 Meter Diameter. Damage: Two Action Charge, 2 Hands. 3 Meter Diameter Beam of High Damage, 2 Turn Cool Down.
