Trueshot is to be used in RP threads only.

Name: Jarod Ross
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Description: Jarod is a menacing character. His well built body is on display through a grey tank top that he wears, accompanied by dark colored jeans. A thick black belt hangs from his waist with a pistol holstered at all times. His face is rugged, showing many years of fighting in his dull blue eyes. His hair is black and short, and he hardly shaves, leaving a five o'clock shadow on his face most of the time. There's no doubt he's strong, and he makes it known through his appearance.
Personality: Jarod isn't much of a talker. His job has kept him silent most of his life, but he's not afraid to speak up on important matters. He is very mission minded, focusing on the task he's given rather than the details that come up. There's never a time where he jokes or makes light of a situation. Instead, he maintains a serious demeanor to the point where he almost seems angry. For the most part, he is. Despite his cold and callous personality, he's extremely loyal.
Biography: Jarod and Z are old friends. He knew Z back when he was called Zack. They grew up together, went to school, played together ever since they were kids. Never the one to be social, Jarod's friends were rather limited, so he developed a loyalty to his only friend. When Zack turned 17, he dropped out of school and decided to start dealing drugs. With the promise of money and the need to watch out for his friend, Jarod joined Zack's pursuit and became his body guard. Zack did all of the talking, while Jarod handled the problems. Their relationship worked wonders over the years, until they joined Blue Rose. Things picked up tremendously for them after that. Zack got the title Z, and before long he held an important role in Blue Rose. When Zack left Blue Rose, so did Jarod. His life has always been on the rails of Z's.

Description: 026 has no shape or form. It's simply a program designed to give Jarod the ability to Wave Change.
Personality: N/A
Biography: 026 is a specialty Wizard made by Blue Rose. It was designed as a weapon instead of a partner, granting attributes that are second to none for any Wave Conversion. Since it has no definite frequency, it can be used by anyone, despite their personal frequency. 026's specialty is guns, providing an assortment of powerful weapons.

Gender: Male
Description: Trueshot wears a light grey jumpsuit covered in dark grey armor on his chest and extremities. The armor is spaced out enough to allow for maximum flexibility while still offering protection. Covering his black hair is a dark grey helmet with a tinted visor. The weapons he uses are strapped to his body in several places, giving Trueshot a very well equipped look.
Strengths:
~Perfect Shot~
Trueshot is able to use his weapons with a great amount of precision. It's rare that an unhindered shot doesn't hit its mark, a skill he's developed over the years.

~Acrobat~
Trueshot is extremely flexible, able to control his body in ways that aren't normally possible. This allows him to keep his movements precise and efficient.

~Analyst~
Taking apart an opponent's strategy comes easy to Trueshot. He is able to observe and adapt quickly, making most attacks less than predictable to him.


Weaknesses:
~Over-encumbered~
Mobility is not Trueshot's strong point. His reflexes are fine, but he's not very speedy when running. His weapons and armor make it rather difficult to travel quickly.

~Ranged Fighter~
Trueshot prefers to keep his opponent at a distance. As a result, his close range fighting isn't great, although he can still defend himself when up against a sword. A fight certainly takes a new turn once the gap is closed.

~Mission Focused~
The mission always comes first. Trueshot will do whatever it takes to further the mission at hand, which doesn't always bode well for fighting. He generally has to adapt to what is required of him, changing fighting strategies or stalling battles. Victory is not always the goal.


Weapon 1
 
Weapon Name: Dual Pistols
Weapon Description: Trueshot carries two pistols, each holstered on either side of his belt. The guns are fairly decorative: rose petals are inscribed in black ink along the silver barrels, offering a stylized look to his most basic weapon.

Type: Gun
Element: Sniping
Description: A shot is fired from one of the pistols. Simple as that. This attack can be used multiple times a turn.
Damage: ???

2. Attack Name: Resonance Shot
Type: Gun
Element: Sniping
Description: Trueshot aims both of the guns at a target. EM Waves quickly gather around the barrels before a massive 3 meter wide beam is fired. This attack requires 2 hands and a 2 action charge.
Damage: ???

3. Attack Name: Follow-up Shot
Type: Triggered Ability
Element: Sniping
Description: Whenever Trueshot uses his Basic Shot while both pistols are held, an additional shot is fired from the unused gun. This trigger turns all Basic Shots used in a turn to 2 hits instead of 1. The maximum number of Basic Shots that can be used a turn using this method is 4.

Weapon 2
 
Weapon Name: Dual Shotguns
Weapon Description: Trueshot carries 2 sawed-off double barreled shotguns on his back just above the belt. The shotguns are stored horizontally, allowing Trueshot to grab them fairly easily. Like the pistols, these have silver barrels with black rose petals running across.

1. Attack Name: Burst Shot
Type: Gun
Element: Sniping
Description: Trueshot aims a shotgun at an opponent before shooting a wide blast with both barrels. The barrels fire at the same time, hitting opponents twice in one shot. The shot has a range of 5 meters, but cones out to 3 meters at the end of its range. This attack can be used multiple times a turn.
Damage: ??? x 2. Wind level 1.

2. Attack Name: Push Shot
Type: Gun
Element: Sniping
Description: A powerful shot exits the barrel of one of the shotguns, pushing back anyone within 5 meters of the shot with a tremendous amount of force. The shot cones out to 3 meters at the end of its range.
Damage: ???. Wind Level 3. 3 turn cooldown.

3. Attack Name: Combo Shot
Type: Triggered Ability
Element: Sniping
Description: If Basic Shot and Burst Shot are used in the same turn, their frequencies resonate to increase their power. Basic Shot is increased by one damage level, while Burst Shot is given a Wind level 3 effect. Both attacks must be used quickly for this ability to trigger. This ability has a 3 turn cooldown.

Weapon 3
 
Weapon Name: Marksman's Rifle
Weapon Description: A long rifle is strapped to Trueshot's back. The rifle is incredibly accurate, and much like his other weapons, incredibly decorated. A silver barrel and black petals adorn the gun.

1. Attack Name: Rifle Shot
Type: Sniping
Element: Sniping
Description: Trushot aims his rifle at a target before firing an extremely accurate shot. This attack requires 2 hands and is capable of hitting far away targets.
Damage: ???

2. Attack Name: Bash
Type: Staff
Element: Null
Description: Trueshot can use the rifle for close ranged fighting, hitting opponents with the butt of the gun. He wields it fairly well, and its weight makes it a good club.
Damage: ???

3. Attack Name: Perfect Shot
Type: Sniping
Element: Sniping
Description: A bright blue shot is fired from the gun, homing in on an opponent's location. The bullet travels at half speed, but still packs a punch. This attack requires 2 hands to use.
Damage:???. 3 turn cooldown.

Weapon Name: Ammo Belt
Weapon Description: Trueshot wears a belt with an assortment of ammo. These are found in pouches along his belt and are easily identifiable. Even the bullets are highly decorated.

1. Attack Name: Pierce Ammo
Type: Activated Ability
Element: N/A
Description: Adds Pierce to one attack. 3 turn cooldown.
Damage: N/A

2. Attack Name: Break Ammo
Type: Activated Ability
Element: N/A
Description: Adds Break to one attack. 3 turn cooldown.

3. Attack Name: Reinforced Ammo
Type: Activated Ability

Description: Increased an attack by one damage level. 3 turn cooldown.
